AGREEMENT TO NOT USE THE SWORD AS A WEAPON * *Indemnity Clause for Use of a Viking Wood Splitter: By using the wood-splitting sword, hereinafter referred to as the Viking Wood Splitter", you acknowledge and agree to the following indemnity clause. You will take proper care of the Viking Wood Splitter, ensuring it is maintained in good condition and used only for its intended purpose. 5. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall the Indemnified Parties be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or in connection with the use of the Viking Wood Splitter, regardless of the cause of action or theory of liability. 6. Severability: If any provision of this indemnity clause is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law. By using the Viking Wood Splitter, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this indemnity clause. You also represent that you are of legal age and possess the necessary skills and knowledge to use the Viking Wood Splitter safely.
